***NEW*** Wales Show – Extended Session Workshop From The M Word CiC; Journaling Your Way To Better Mental Health (Included with Entry)

Journaling can be done through writing, postcards, photos, poetry, songs. Sarah Wilson, previously Editor for Cosmopolitan, explored her own mental health over a 2 year period trying to get a more informed understanding of her own anxiety in her published book ‘First, we make the beast beautiful’. Since then, Sarah’s book was sufficient evidence to her being awarded an honory Doctorate and she is now exploring her own neurodivergent profile.

Lavinia has been journaling for over 4 decades and has been able to learn about her own mental health and neurodivergent profile. Understanding her own mental health has boosted her self-esteem and confidence. Lavinia has encouraged her clients to do journaling under her guidance as a qualified Mental Health nurse. More recently Lavinia has used journals as her doctoral thesis research.

Writing her journals, Lavinia has unpicked some fascinating threads that have highlighted moods as well as challenges that have become knowledge and insights gained through exploring the written content. If you, like Lavinia, refuse to be intimidated by the stigma surround mental health, and wish to learn more about your neurodivergent profile and your mental health, this workshop may be of interest to join and explore in an engaging and informative way within a relaxing atmosphere.

You can attend this extended workshop at our WALES SHOW ON APRIL 30TH AT CARDIFF CITY STADIUM.

THIS WORKSHOP IS INCLUDED AT NO EXTRA COST WITH YOUE ENTRY TICKET
