1. Ticket Purchase & Validity
- All tickets must be purchased through the official National Neurodiversity Shows ticketing system. Tickets are only ever sold by us – be safe when purchasing tickets and only use our website.
- Tickets are valid only for the specific show, date, and venue stated at the time of purchase.
- Each ticket admits one person only.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
- All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including non-attendance or changes in personal circumstances. Please check prior to booking tickets that you’re able to attend your chosen event.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced – please download and save your tickets at the point of purchase.
3. Discount & Promotional Codes
- Any promotional or discount codes used at checkout hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Concessionary tickets must be able to produce proof of concession entitlement at the event. Accepted forms are; Blue Badge, Student Card, Formal Carer ID. Inability to provide this may result in entry being refused.
4. Admission & Conduct
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.
- Visitors must follow all venue policies, safety instructions, and accessibility guidance while on site.
5. Photography & Filming Consent
- Photography and videography will take place throughout the event for promotional and archival purposes.
- By entering the venue, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of being photographed or filmed.
- These images or recordings may be used in future marketing, media, or publicity materials by the organisers without further notice or compensation.
- If you do not wish to be featured, please inform a member of staff upon arrival and they will inform filming staff who will try their best to avoid you, Please not this is not an absolute guarantee and you may still be filmed/photographed.
6. Event Changes & Cancellation
- The organisers reserve the right to alter the event schedule, line-up, speakers, exhibitors, or venue if required.
- In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organiser, all reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders and provide refunds.
7. Accessibility & Welfare
- The National Neurodiversity Shows aim to provide an inclusive and accessible environment for all visitors.
- Dedicated quiet rooms and accessibility facilities are available at each venue — please speak to event staff for assistance.
8. Liability
- The organisers accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by proven negligence of the event. Public liability insurance is held by the organisers.
- Visitors attend the event of their own volition.
9. Acceptance of Terms
- By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event venue, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
